The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable — we were truly impressed. Now, I have to share something special. July 10th was my birthday, and honestly, no one in my family remembered (😂). But your staff did — and that small but thoughtful gesture meant the world to me. I turned to my wife and said, “Next time we’re in Vung Tau, we’re definitely staying here again.” It’s those little things that leave a lasting impression. We travel often, but this was hands down one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. And the food? Beyond amazing. The restaurant staff were just as warm and accommodating as the rest of the team, making every meal feel special. We also left a small token of appreciation in the room for the housekeeping staff — their hard work "

"We were on family vacation and stayed here for 3 nights. It is a beautiful resort, nice room, and super comfortable beds. The staff is super nice especially Giang and Tep’ at the Ginger restaurant. Meo the supervisor at the front desk was helpful as well. We absolutely will come back Grand Ho Tram next time."
