Dunalastair Hotel Suites

5.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (399)
"This is a really nice hotel. Public areas are bright and welcoming whilst the suite offered, Schiehallion, was spacious and comfortable. Staff were obliging and friendly and the experience overall with regards the accommodation was very positive. The experience in the restaurant was less impressive but not altogether negative. A modest uptick in experienced staff would assist some I sense. Would stay here again."

Moorland opposite Druim Uachdair Across the pass from Druim Uachdair itself is a gently rising moorland apron beneath Carn na Caim. Pretty much uniform heather moorland with a bulldozed road visible. The big interest here is not the buried heather but the views to surrounding hills, in this case Druim Uachdair. Two tops are visible (A' Mharconaich, left and Geal Charn, right)
