"Staff are terrific, the hotel is beautifully presented, with lovely colour themes, decor, design, linen, toiletries, even complimentary champagne on ice when you arrive. I do hope the bedding/mattress topper is changed, the bed is suffocating, it’s far too fluffy! The shower in the bath tub is an accident waiting to happen, and please offer some hair conditioner. Coffee isn’t flash in the rooms, or in the dining room. "

"Premier suites was a great option to have a bit of extra space while visiting Edinburgh. We are a family of 4 so a single hotel room is tight and this was so nice! The staff is fantastic, beds were comfortable and we were nearby things to do/walkable to sites. Definitely recommend. "

We loved our room. The breakfast was amazing. We stayed in some good hotels on this trip, and The Bonham was our favorite.
