I have paid for a facility with air conditioning and that condition was not full filled. "The property was very clean and the staff throughout were very warm and very welcoming. The only issue I had was the fact that I have paid for a family room so that my brother who was already in Turkey can stay with me. I was made to pay extra charges, as it was difficult for them to understand that no one would pay for a family room [ with a space for 4 people ] for one person! I ended up being charged twice. Expedia was extremely unhelpful to resolve this issue, which added to my frustration....

"Wonderful hotel with lots of activities for kids. Great location-close to the airport and has private beach. There was alot of food which was tasty and varied. Stayed in star swim up villa which was a lovely setting and spacious for family of four. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful."

Due to being out of season, half the hotel restaurants, bars and pools were not open, but still had plenty to keep us looked after. I would definitely recommend this place. "Nice hotel, by the beach. The best part of this hotel is the "Patiserie" that is open 24 hours with snacks, cakes, drinks and extremely nice and accommodating staff, always smiling and polite. Good gym with lots of equipment. Overpriced prices at the spa. Lots of groups of older men, due to the hotel proximity to a golf course, but not an issue. The seafood restaurant overpriced, with good food, but there is a variety of fish at the regular buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner."
