"Lovely hotel, the staff were amazing from reception and bar staff to cleaners and gardeners always polite and had a smile. Very helpful and accompanying. Hotel room was very large with super king bed jacuzzi bath we didn’t use but had glass walls into bedroom, that can be covered with sliding panels. Big balcony which we booked as partial sea view we had an amazing sea view AND pool views. The pools were great from paddling and chilling to deep pools. Food was lovely with a good selection."

"Our room was on the 5th floor with pool and sea view, so we had fab views. Our room was spotless as was the general areas of the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic even though it can be very busy, there were plenty of tables to sit either inside or outside. Plenty of sunbeds by the time we went to the pool in the afternoon. We loved our stay and will definitely be back again."

We normally like to visit other restaurants and do day trips on holiday however there was so much choice and activities for us as a family to do within the resort we ended up staying in and enjoying it the whole time, besides the odd beach walk! Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. 🍽️ Food: The buffet offered a nice variety of dishes, with fresh options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was something for everyone – from international favorites to delicious Canarian specialties. 💦 Aquapark & Facilities: The Aquapark was a hit – especially for families and kids. It added an extra level of fun and adventure to the trip! The pools were well-maintained, and the entire complex felt safe and 🌞 Location: The beach is right there, and there are lovely walking paths and nearby attractions in Puerto de Mogán and beyond. "I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited. We decided to upgrade to all inclusive on arrival which i would recommend due to the local town being limited for dining options. The dining on offer at the hotel was absolutely great and i couldnt fault it at all. The roon was spacious and clean but a little tired looking. I would have expected more minibqr items to be included with AI. The hitel is expensive but tge quality was spot on. We had the most relaxing lovely holiday "
