"Very disappointing experience. The hotel is in an old building, and the balconies on the higher floors felt extremely unsafe. The metal railings seemed far too low, especially considering the height of the building. The spa facilities were equally disappointing. The jacuzzi was very small and had a terrible smell. I honestly cannot understand how this can be presented as a spa facility. The swimming pool was also very small, with what appeared to be cheap, non-professional floor...

"An outstanding hotel. Beautiful inside and very attentive service. Would definitely stay there again."

"If traveling by car, be advised that finding the hotel entrance is difficult. Expedia and Google map show its location being off Calea Victoriei, when in fact it is about mid-block on Strada Edgar Quinet. The Hotel does not offer enclosed parking, but will reserve a space on the street, near the entrance for a fee, if available. Fortunately for us, a space was available within relatively easy access to the entrance. Not much assistance was offered for transporting luggage either into or out...

"Great location, near the metro and the airport bus stops. Walkable distance to the old town and other tourist attractions. Breakfast was varied and has many options. All the staff we encountered during our stay were very helpful. Daria from the Club Lounge was especially friendly and welcoming! Our room was on the upper floor so we had great views and the window seat was a lovely bonus to enjoy the views!"

The building interior and exterior are majestic; the suite we stayed in was sumptuous, comfortable, spacious and equipped with well thought-out luxuries to ensure optimal comfort. The staff promptly addressed all our needs with grace and kindness. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful; in room dining was...

"الموقع بعيد نسبياً عن مراكز التسوق"

"An excellent place. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Easy communication with the owners. Clear entry instructions. Easy walk from a big supermarket (Lidl) and a great bar for food and drink (Weiss Bar). Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

"The room is OK. A bit dirty and the microwave did not work. The rest of the apartment complex looked like you stepped into a SAW movie. "

"فندق روعه ومكان مريح جدا وسعره مناسب جدا ويوجد به جيم وبارات ومطاعم وحمام سباحه وساونا ومساج "
