Check-in person offered an upgrade to a room with views, however, the room was facing another property under construction and there were no views. Check-out person took forever because they didn't have clear & correct paperwork and she couldn't figure it out; made us late to airport and almost missed our flight. Rooms are dated and bed covers were dirty with stains. Steam room, sauna and pool are really good."
