"First rate hotel with a unique experience in being able to enjoy the “waters” of Bath within the hotel. Very conveniently located. The air conditioning in the room did not sufficiently cool the room on the 22C days we were there, but the windows opened, which helped."

"Last minute weekend booking for 2 adults and 3 children (6,6,8). Arrived late to a prepared room, warm welcome and much needed cocktail. Room had a queen size bed in a separate area with sofa bed and single bed in the main area. Each area had a large TV, would of loved for these to be smart tv’s but didn’t affect us too much. "All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa area was very convenient and well maintained. We ate in the Pantry several times and the food was delicious. A variety of cocktails and mocktails were also on offer. The garden area is beautiful and has lots of available lawn games. Overall, the hotel provides a wonderfully relaxing experience."

"Superb hotel, I would give it 10 out of 5 stars ! Food is superb. Fluffy towels, very comfortable beds with super linens. Staff so so helpful. Breakfast was fabulous and the spa is outstanding. Location is just beautiful, with gorgeous views and walks. Thank you for such a wonderful stay."

"The bedrooms have good facilities which adds to comfort, ie comfortable bed, Roberts radio, iron and ironing board, cafetière for your coffee as well as choice of teas. Large bathroom with good shower which was powerful and hot. We had dinner at the hotel and even though the food was okay, the service was slow. The staff were very apologetic but there were large parties in for dining and there are not enough waiting staff to cope."
