"We can't say enough about the Grand Hotel Des Alpes. Centrally located in town, so made it easy to visit local shops and phenomenal restaurants (e.g. Atmosphere, Rose de Pont and Matafan, all highly recommended). Skiing to each of the 4 resorts was made easy through the hotels shuttle service. Picks you up at the hotel and drops you off at the slopes. Then returns you. Both to and from are on a schedule you decide. Staff was amazing. Little positives like sweets in the early afternoon and savory...
