"A fantastic family break for a week! The facilities are superb and accommodate for all ages: cycling, swimming, water slides, gym, treetop/go-ape adventure, beach, restaurants, gaming zone, arcade games. Plus local to the old town so a great area to walk, run and explore. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are well thought out with a breakout door for children and 2 tv’s. The rooms were kept clean by the service staff 2-3 times a day which was great. The only improvement point to...

"Hotel bem localizado, do ponto de vista de praticidade para acessar, tanto o aeroporto quanto visitar Veneza. Limpo. O atendimento da equipe superou minhas expectativas, funcionarios atenciosos, educados e muito prestativos. Ótimo serviço de transfer, tanto para o aeroporto quanto para Veneza. Café da manha com uma boa variedade. Único ponto que não gosto em qualquer hotel é o piso de carpete. Se voltar a regiao voltarei a me hospedar no Antony Palace."

"I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel."
