"The room was spotless, I think that's the best gym ive seen at a hotel and everyone was very helpful and welcoming. Oh, the breakfast was also very good."
"The hotel is new, clean, and well appointed. The staff is helpful and kind, although the English of the weekend staff could have been better. The weekday staff were quite fluent.
I had messaged the hotel before my stay that I would need to reserve an airport transfer early Monday morning. Once I arrived Sunday evening, no one was aware of this or seemed to know how to set this up. I showed them the messages I had sent and insisted that something be arranged. I went to bed uncertain as to how I...
"there were biting bugs in the bed linens. I informed the front desk and they simply told me I was wrong. so I guess the red bites were my imagination after all since they told me I was wrong."
"I’ve stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world and I think this hotel, the Ritz Carlton in Astana, might top them all. The staff were incredible, they even baked us a custom cake with our faces 3-D printed on it. They went above and beyond every chance they got. Free gifts, welcome gifts, early check-in, late checkout, I could go on and on. The food is also incredible, the breakfast is amazing and I love how it’s connected to an ultra-luxury mall with all the best luxury brands. Two...
"Not 5 star luxury standard, just due to showing it's age. Has the grandeur of 5 star in lobby. Staff were helpful enough, did have issues with room power cut and issues with registration as a tourist but were dealt with by staff."
"This is not a 5* hotel at all. I give this a maximum of 4*. It’s clean but the staff were extremely helpless, and had no knowledge about anything. Even a simple question of “any suggestion for a good restaurant” was answered as “I don’t know.”. Breakfast was not on s 5* hotel level. Very ordinary but ok. The rooms were outdated, but I guess in Tajikestan this was considered ok."
