"Spa is exceptionally extra ordinary. Reception staff and Manager are really helpful specially Aysha. Alexa at guest relation is very rude unprofessional and has no manners or training. She is dealing with guests to maintain good relationship but her attitude and service is very poor. She doesn’t deserve to be in this position. "
