Only downside (a very small one) was that you had to drive it take a taxi to almost everything you wanted to do for sightseeing or dining given its location, but otherwise a great property. "We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. "Pretty property but services overstated. None of the staff spoke English. They were unable to process credit cards but didnt tell us that when we checked in. Had to walk all over town looking for ATM to check out. Person in room under us had TV full volume until after midnight. Called front desk they did not address the situation. I loved the cute bakery and the florist on site. The bakery offered delightful treats, and the florist filled the hotel with a wonderful fragrance that added to the overall ambiance. The location is convenient, with the main part of Seville being just a 25-30 minute walk away. The walk itself is pleasant and easy, making it a great way to explore the city. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff provided me with a map of the area and guided me to the main attractions of Seville. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful decor, comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and exceptional service. I'm now keen to try out the hotels on other locations."
