The service was impeccable from start to finish—everyone was so warm and helpful. The grounds themselves were gorgeous and well-kept, with amazing views of the rainforest and rivers. Our villa was clean, air-conditioned, and luxurious (came with a personal butler, Aria, who was very attentive). We would love to stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Ubud."
