"The hotel itself is beautiful and within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff on reception were especially friendly and helpful and arranged restaurant reservations for us and checked ahead with all these restaurants to make sure they catered for gluten free. "A wonderful hotel with friendly staff and fantastic views over Lucca. The room and bathroom were amazing, really spacious and thoughtfully laid out.
