"The property is well maintained, and the views from the common areas framed by pillars and marble are gorgeous. The room was comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. Could not hear the adjacent rooms when indoors. The restaurant Lena is fabulous - the Cuban night food was sensational - I wish it had been open every night. The other restaurant Vela had a charming atmosphere, but the food was average. Every member of staff interacted with were friendly, polite, and helpful."

Combine this with the most beautiful luxurious hotel situated next to the waterfront five star dining in every restaurant you cannot go wrong with Grand Velas for those that want to save a few pennies. This is not the place for you for those that don’t mind spoiling themselves and their families and giving them a 10 star experience I highly recommend it. I’m a huge fan of this franchise. I visited Nuevo Vallarta Cabo San Lucas and looking forward to going to Cancun to visit the other resort. "

"This is an amazing hotel. We will for sure plan more stays here. ery clean. They welcomed us with a very tasty drink. The guy who was helping us chek in was a very nice one. Staff were always wearing a smile very respectful and friendly. The lazy river was the highlight. Room service was fantastic. They were cleaning the room many times a day. The pools were great. They had a very good show for 4-th of July. Also activities for children and a pool party with a DJ. Food was great all restaurants were 5 star. Thank you Villa La Valecia for creating an unforgetable stay."
