"It’s extremely nice, clean, spacious with wonderful views. It has a free parking which was very nice, but on the other hand the tourist tax is very unfair and a can of Pepsi from the refrigerator was about $8.00; although I replaced it with two cans, but the size and shape of the cans in the hotel is different than what you find in the stores; so, you won’t be able to replace it and you get charged these extreme prices. Other than this everything else was perfect."

"Second time coming back here, the service at the hotel is always great. We never have any issues at grand Hyatt. We tried once a different hotel and we said there’s no comfort and service like the way you get it here. Also the waterpark that will be opening soon looks amazing already so cannot wait to come back when that is done! Even when we were checking out the hotel was really busy at the lobby due to a conference happening but no staff missed greeting and giving their best service to us and going out their to approach us to say bye which was nice. Hotel is always clean and has great facilities. "
