"I would recommend this hotel. Booked Room 703, the view and the overall experience was as advertised. However, the shower valve was broken so could not switch between overhead and handheld mode for two days. Staff is very friendly and capable. Check-in was the best experience ever for me in any Hungarian hotel so far. Valet parking was painless as well for my rental car. Overall, I’d stay here again for $600/night. "

"This is a new addition to the w family and it shows. Staff are eager to please and attentive. The hotel is beautifully renovated and immaculate. It also has all the modern amenities needed and staff are willing to go above and beyond. They are knowledgable and offer excellent advice on dining options and excursions. But….the hotel is not used to being at capacity. As the hotel got busier small flaws appeared such as running out of basic items at breakfast and a slow unresponsive wait staff....

"Jewish Quarter gem set back from the street with a British Colonial feel, and suite accommodations that met all needs, even a working oven and fridge not a little box and has a freezer that works. Very walkable to public transit and fun restaurants and bars. The bed was perfectly comfortable, too. Only complaint was not-so-great WIFI. A great find!"

"A lovely hotel, staff were very nice and helpful. The Sky Garden Rooftop Terrace was a lovely place to have a drink in the evening, nice views of the river and palace in the distance. The room was clean and quiet, cards left on the bed in the evening with ideas of things to do in Budapest. All in all a wonderful experience."
