The staff are professional and informative, the resort feels quiet and safe and I absolutely love how many available facilities there was. I would have loved to see the beach club bar open even in winter as the sunset was stunning and our shower and toilet rooms had visible black mould on the ceilings which was a bit concerning. "Another beautiful stay at Crystalbrook! The staff were exceptional—so friendly and accommodating. When we had a minor maintenance issue, they moved us to a new room immediately and took care of our belongings for us. The facilities are well-maintained, and the pool is stunning. Everything is really clean and the Origin products are so beautiful to use. The property is tranquil, the food was fabulous, and the cocktails were top-notch. Highly recommended! "The Earth Lodge at Wollumbin Palms is an outstanding place at which to spend a few days. So eclectic and beautiful, peaceful and well equipped. The sparkling wine, port and breakfast supplies were really welcome and we enjoyed relaxing outside looking up towards Mt Warning. We would definitely stay there again.
