"Staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast and dinner from the main restaurant was great. Perfect location to be close to trains/ferries and a quick walk to the shops. Reception and amenities were modern, bathroom in the room we stayed in could do with a bit of a freshen up."

"Was good, just check in time was off"

"Brilliant rooms, great pool, small gym with limited equipment making it difficult to use, excellent restaurant - breakfast and dinner were wonderful, convenient parking and wonderful service in all areas of the hotel and it's amenities. Family Friendly and convenient location."

"A wow luxury experience and such a treat; room was beautiful and comfortable; very quiet. Included breakfast too notch with a good variety of freshly made options. Enjoyed sitting by the pool and hopping in the spa."

"An Indian dining staff lady was way too stubborn for her role as a waittress and the meal was not worth what we paid for....fish and chips for the kids was too oily. But overall I love the reception staff and cleaners very warm and welcoming."

"Great room and stay. Would definitely stay again."
