"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, elegant, and offers everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. What truly makes it exceptional, however, is the staff. Every member of the team showed genuine dedication to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding across every part of the hotel. Breakfast was another highlight—beautifully presented, with an excellent variety of high-quality...

"The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use...

On a envie d'y revenir bientôt."
