Con - fire alarm at 2am, staff did not tell me masseuse was late and appointment was rescheduled so I waited (but very nice service so made up for it). Limited menu options for any kind of dietary requirements and no ability to be flexible. "

"Beautiful chateau spoilt by petty rules - no bar service by the pool and it is wrong to hold paying guests to hostage by not allowing snacks in the bar in the evening - people dont want a full on meal every night"
