"Nice hotel and we loved our room as it had its own pool with an excellent view.
Breakfast in a morning was nice but they just couldn't get coffee hot, even the staff said the same, not great for a 5 star hotel. A very sterp hill up to this property and you can get the golf buggy to take you from your room to the town down the hill and phone reception to get it to come and collect you. They dont tell you this you have to find out for yourselves.
Even though its a nice hotel its lacking some...
"Disappointing Stay - Far Below Five-Star Expectations
After saving for our annual holiday, we were genuinely excited about our 12-night stay at Domes Aulus Zante. Unfortunately, the reality did not match the marketing, and we left feeling disappointed.
The resort is advertised as a five-star all-inclusive property, but in our experience it was nowhere near that standard.
The room showed clear signs of neglect, including rusty bathroom fixtures, stained bedding, poor housekeeping and makeshift...
"Clean, staff friendly. Restaurants not as expected. Food same so if you are there for a few days you can run out of options. A long way from restaurants would recommend a car. Great beach service especially"
"Great staff, beautiful pool and oh my god the in house dinner is so good !! It is way too good for this price range - almost like eating Michelin star food.
There are small details that would elevate the hotel even more. The rooms are missing smart tvs and the suites with private pools need sunbeds instead of chairs for example, but that’s easy to fix. We had a great time and would always stay here again !"
"We had a wonderful stay and were warmly welcomed upon arrival by the friendly staff, who greeted us at the entrance and offered us a refreshing drink while they completed our check-in.
From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more attentive or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and the level of service really added to our overall experience. The hotel offered fantastic amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Breakfast was a real highlight, with a wonderful...
"I think going in with expectations that this was going to be like other 5 star hotels impacted our view of Tsamis. It's not comparable to other 5 start hotels we have stayed in.
Starting with the room, it was perfectly fine but it was a bit tired and the taps were loose in the wall. It lacked the finishing touches you would expect from 5 start. The towels also had weird stains on them which was a bit off putting. The shower ran hot and cold which was a bit annoying. The pool in the room was a...
"I honestly enjoyed myself at King Jason.
It was superb.
The all inclusive package is a must! The food, drinks, outdoor area, staff.. everything was great.
If I had one complaint, it’d be the bees. If there was a way to manage the bees on the property, I’d give my stay a 10/10."
Exterior of property needs updating. Nightlife non existent. I was expecting kids shows, and something...
