"Breakfast was fantastic.
One female member of the reception team was unpleasant to deal with. One day our room wasn't cleaned - we informed reception at 3pm, again at 5pm requesting clean towels which weren't delivered and again at 6.30pm. It was cleaned by the time we returned that evening but only after a difficult confrontation with the receptionist.
All other staff were lovely to deal with.
There were a few other housekeeping issues, but when reported all were resolved.
Gym was great. ...
"Superbly clean room. Excellent staff at breakfast and breakfast was lovely, the highlight. The barman in the cocktail bar was incredibly rude to my husband, we reported it and the reception lady said she would speak to the manager about it, we were there for a further 7 nights but heard nothing. The rooms themselves need towel, racks and hooks as there is nowhere to put your towels. The location is OK if you’re traveling by car, but it is absolutely not walkable at...
