"The property is beautiful, but it’s already showing some wear and tear and didn’t really give an all-inclusive feel. Our room rug was dirty, towels weren’t replaced daily, and I had to call three times for toilet paper because housekeeping never showed up that night. "Everything was great , except it was a big let down about the ocean , could not swim in it at all water rolling in dirty and soooooo much seaweeds on sand and water. They should tell you about their hurricane season and there was no swimming anywhere in the ocean . I know you can’t do anything about Mother Nature but there is false advertisement about the oceans ."

"The staff at the house were great. They joyed my stay as my only complaint is the all inclusive does not include food accessible after 9:30pm. Really isn’t all inclusive like other resorts that make sure you are accommodated with access to food and snacks 24/7."
