"Le personnel, la propreté, déjeuner diversifié."

"Our stay at Mövenpick Bintan was an absolute delight, striking the ideal balance between pure relaxation for parents and endless entertainment for kids."

"Exceptional stay at The Residence, Bintan ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff were the highlight of our stay. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Our villa with its private pool was beautiful and luxurious. It was a lovely place to relax, and the personal touches throughout made the stay feel extra special. The amenities were fantastic, and the food was delicious, with plenty to enjoy at every meal....

"This property is absolutely incredible. We were only here for two nights, miss it already! The view is incredible! The staff are so happy, friendly and really go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need and then some ! Food is great! Amenities spectacular. The perfect place for some rest and relaxation!"

"I have visited this resort for about 20yrs. Alot of great memories. It's quiet, clear sea on doorstep with colourful fish. Nice ferry ride across. Accomodation good, TV reception, not good and no smart tv options. Food options very Asian, so finding something non-spicy and tasty a challenge. That's an easy fix. Shops on-site: bring back more interesting things to buy - before shops were full of locally made souvenirs, cotton clothing, jewellery incl earrings etc. Need some nik-naks to bring...

"Staff was helpful, sometimes information provided was not accurate. The spa was terrible. It was a 1 1/2 hr spa, The massage ladyfies did not seem to have any spa skills. The actual duration was much less than 1 1/2 hrs. The breakfast was good. The flooring all over the place was not even but bumpy. The room flooring seemed to be a slope towards the window."

"Rooms are dated but well maintained and cleaned for their age. Staff were very attentive, helpful and welcoming. The beach was beautiful one of the best we have seen. Food offering on half board was good. Pool area and grounds are lovely."

"Amazing villas over the sea, must visit"

"The hotel is under renovation so we could not stay there. Called hotels.com but was put on hold for a ridiculous 92minutes. Agent said will look for a vacancy nearby the amir hotel and get back to me, but did not get back to us after waiting for close to 2 hours. Walk in to a nearby hotel and was immediately offered a room. Waste my time, international call time, money and most importantly ruined the trip for me and my girlfriend. I wish to speak to the higher up of hotels.com for compensation."
