One of our rooms experienced a flood in the shower where the drain was clogged with an incredible amount of hair. Water actually leaked into the next room. No bellman, and lack of expected 5 star service. Other than that, the rooms were comfortable and the location was good. "

"Hotel staff and the gardens are really great. The hotel is in the middle of a renovation and we definitely noticed. Based on the amount we paid, if they were undergoing Renos the next time we were in the area we would book somewhere else. When the Renos are complete we would for sure stay there again!"

"This was truly an experience, 300 year old chateau, great staff,great pool, beautiful grounds, well preserved, quant old bar in the lower area, with a wine cellar and tasting room. "The bistrot has no availability to the guests, because the are always fully booked, for other than guests. No service on the pool. No food service at the bar before 14:30, so we are not able to eat there as the bistrot was fully booked."

"Beautiful location, great service, restaurant was amazing, we rented e-bikes and biked to a hilltop town very close with amazing views and shops. This hotel I would highly recommend. Our room had a second level (loft) the prior owners art studio. Loved the grounds, patio areas, the shuttle was first class. Loved the whole experience! Definitely coming back! "

"La literie dans la roulotte n'est pas bonne du tout ayant réservé pour deux nuits nous avons demandé à changer la deuxième nuit pour dormir dans l'hôtel meme avec un supplément ce qui nous a été refusé alors qu'il restait des chambres. Le petit dejeuner n'est pas a la hauteur du nombre d'etoile ! Tres decevant !"
