"Facilities are fantastic - great for families. Waterpark, beach, food options, rooms are great. Only two things to mention, sometimes there is a rush and hard to find a suitable seat during peak dinning times. Uphill walk to our room could be a bit much when tired. Highly recommend, fantastic hotel."

"What a fabulous hotel… All Inclusive, plenty of food options with great variety, spacious, and very clean. They take very good care of the hotel and all the facilities offered. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean/beach. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel had great night events, including one night with a DJ and alien out of this world decorations, which were enjoyed by all ages. They make you feel very comfortable. "Hotel was good and the kids had fun in the water park. But they have a fly problem in the buffet. Flies land and eat your food before you can even get to it. The rooms were clean. It is a great place to stay if u have kids."
