"Good and clean place with good sized rooms and nice furnishings. Breakfast was good too, lot of options for vegetarian. Only negative is the lack of language skills, which is a broader issue in Brazil though, at least folks at the front desk and restaurant in a big hotel should be able to stoke a conversation in broken English. Not being able to speak a single word is not necessarily the right thing to do in hospitality 😌"
