Vila Monte was simply spectacular! The rooms were spacious and beautiful and the grounds were breathtaking! Rui and Oliver at A Terra were so sweet, Ana from housekeeping was just lovely, and Bruno at eh pool was just great! We will definitely be back again but next time stay longer!!

The property was clean, quiet and also elegant. The courtyard was being excavated for Roman and Moorish ruins which was pretty unbelievable. The pool was a delight and breakfast had every option. We will be back.

This property was very nice excellent location, good view of the water the room we had which was a suite was excellent. Our only complaint was I’m not sure if this was a training hotel for staff staff, but the staff was not knowledgeable of the area or helpful about finding dining or activities

Joana was great at check in and booked a wine tasting for us. Everyone was so wonderful!

The front desk staff was very helpful. We wished we could've extended our stay but they didn't have vacancies. Felipe in the bar area was so nice and welcoming! Definitely made us develop a love for Portugal and his amazing champagne sangria is something you don't want to miss out on!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this 5-star resort! It is the type of place I look forward to returning to. Super safe and peaceful property with trustworthy employees. Great stay. Luxurious and peaceful. Room service is basically a takeaway. Not plated but kitchen is gorgeous. Restaurant on site is very good.

This hotel was wonderful !! The property is gorgeous and the beach is stunning! The hotel is very well kept, super clean, and well organized. The restaurants are great. Breakfast buffet was great options and quality and dinner options were amazing. Cocktails are the best! Properly made not just syrup. The pools were clean and actually heated. My kids loved playing. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Very comfortable hotel with beautiful manicured grounds. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast buffet was superb. Only problem was a lack of local restaurants in easy walking distance, encouraging visitors to visit the resort restaurants which were mediocre and expensive.

Location was fabulous! The marina is beautiful and lots of places to eat and shop!

The hotel is gorgeous!! The beach is incredible and the staff is very nice and accomodating. My only complaint is we came for three nights and we were not able to get reservations for any restaurant for dinner. The restaurants seem amazing but are open to people outside the hotel. Perhaps this part needs to be improved and managed a bit more..

The Algarve is amazing. We didn’t want to leave and tried to change our flight. The resort had everything you would need: beautiful swimming pools, restaurants, game room, and a gym. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a two bedroom unit. We enjoyed the kitchen, balcony, and large rooms. There is a free shuttle to the marina or the beach. Both are nice but overcrowded in the summer.
