"The Rocpool is a great place to stay in Inverness. It’s walkable into town, with a little uphill climb. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the room itself was very comfortable. The A/C was a huge plus since it was unusually warm during our stay. We had to leave before breakfast one morning for a day trip, and the hotel thoughtfully packed pastries, fruit, and sandwiches for us to take along, which we really appreciated. "Check in was easy as was on site parking. Location was handy as you could walk easily into the town with restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable and our host Elmira thought of everything and made our stay very enjoyable. "

"only complaints were water pressure was poor in the shower and it took a long time to get hot, but the room was clean comfortable and very nice. Breakfast was great Other minor complaint was it was about a 10 minute walk into town. Overall I would go back in a heartbeat"
