"As expected. Room was clean, I wish the ac did not reset each time we left the room. Also staff needs to check that all lights works properly. The light next to the bed did not turn off. They asked if we did not mind being charged a service fee of 40 euro. ? Why do we have to pay extra? I hate tipping in the States and was disappointed being asked in Italy."

"5 stelle forse negli anni 70, esternamente è bello, bene il parcheggio gratuito e la colazione ma le camere e gli interni sono totalmente da rifare, la prima che mi avevano assegnato era terrificante non capisco come facciano ad usarla, oltre ad essere in condizioni pessime c'era un rumore costante dovuto a delle ventole o qualcosa di simile. "Great location, beautiful hotel, delicious restaurant indoor and outdoor, very enjoyable spa with pools."

"The La Monastica resort was a wonderful place with a staff who were exceptionally welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The location and grounds were beautiful with some modern influences in decor but really maintaining the overall old world charm and aesthetic of the monastery. We really enjoyed time in the bar playing cards and drinking some great cocktails."

"Great staff! Beautiful property. The food is amazing. The pool is beautiful. The view is unreal. We live it. We will be back. Thanks"
