"I've been coming to Hotel Palace for the last 3 years in the heat of the summer and I must say I was pleasently surprised by the warm welcome and the personal attention that is given to each guest. For us specifically, we had the manager, amazing lady, telling us about the past of the hotel industry in Bulgaria, the history of the region and many more local tips that made our stay great. We will come back with our friends again in August - looking forward! "

"Excellent Resort in a great location, on the beach. Own area on beach which was kept very clean and had free sunloungers and umbrellas available for Hotel Guests. In the hotel the cleanliness was at its best and food was very fresh, lots choice, service was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely, lots sunloungers and fresh towels with outside showers that were both hot and cold. Seperate changing and shower room near pool for use on departure day after checkout."

"Water in the pool was very cold. Wifi not reliable.All Barcelo hotels should offer the same quality of service but this was not the case in sunny beach hotel"

"Hotel nie zasluguje na 5*. Jedzenie słabe, brak obsługi kelnerskiej, drinki serwowanw w papierowych kubkach. Pokojowki nie sprzataja a po ich wizycie w pokoju pozostaje na dlugo smrod starego potu. Absolutnie nie polecam tego hotelu. Wstyd, ze Melia jako siec pozwala sobie na tak slaba jakosc."

"I was the only guest on my first night in the whole hotel , they upgraded me to a ine bedroom apartment with a bottle of wine . I was then told that their restaurant wouldnt be open till the next night for dinner and could not recommend anywhere else to eat . I am a female who was traveling alone , so staying in a hotel on my own was quite scary , especially as i was put on the sixth , top floor. They offered me room service for the first three days . "This resort is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was super clean and felt secure. The food and drink options were for mass consumption, but everyone in the family was happy. They have fresh squeezed orange juice in the mornings which is amazing. The pools were too cold to use and one of the kids clubs were closed so it was only partial hours. Additional activities to help get energy used up for the kids since they wouldn’t swim would have been great."

"Very limited breakfast. You had to stay in line for about 10 minutes to get a small cap of coffee. No towels for the beach. No area on the beach - you have to pay or stay in empty 'free zone'."

"Terrible, forget to clean our room and than clean very unprofessionaly. From 22:15 no hot wather supply and we have to leave hotel without taking shower. Unfreindly staff. Weak security. Restaurants options very limited. Location great"
