The infinity pool, outdoor dining, room service, near by hiking trails, comfy bed, waking up to bird singing and cows walking bells, and delicious breakfast! "Excellent location, easy to walk to many areas (Old Town, train station, lake, etc.). What really stood out was the outstanding service from hotel staff, everyone was both nice and helpful. I would give this hotel "six" stars if I could. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time I am in Zurich. "
