"Nice hotel and we loved our room as it had its own pool with an excellent view.
Breakfast in a morning was nice but they just couldn't get coffee hot, even the staff said the same, not great for a 5 star hotel. A very sterp hill up to this property and you can get the golf buggy to take you from your room to the town down the hill and phone reception to get it to come and collect you. They dont tell you this you have to find out for yourselves.
Even though its a nice hotel its lacking some...
"Lovely resort. Exactly what we wanted.
Breakfast was fantastic. The extra services like the buggy to give you a lift down the hill, receiving water to the room twice each day are great.
The staff were so helpful and kind the whole trip.
The drainage smelled at points but did not ruin anything for us.
Swim up room is amazing and the sun lounger was in the sun until around 1pm each day and then we could move to the main pool if we wanted more sun later in the day.
We will definitely return...
"Disappointing Stay - Far Below Five-Star Expectations
After saving for our annual holiday, we were genuinely excited about our 12-night stay at Domes Aulus Zante. Unfortunately, the reality did not match the marketing, and we left feeling disappointed.
The resort is advertised as a five-star all-inclusive property, but in our experience it was nowhere near that standard.
The room showed clear signs of neglect, including rusty bathroom fixtures, stained bedding, poor housekeeping and makeshift...
"Great staff, beautiful pool and oh my god the in house dinner is so good !! It is way too good for this price range - almost like eating Michelin star food.
There are small details that would elevate the hotel even more. The rooms are missing smart tvs and the suites with private pools need sunbeds instead of chairs for example, but that’s easy to fix. We had a great time and would always stay here again !"
"Situated near the airport, the hotel/resort is easy to get to. The hotel will arrange airport transport for a small fee. It is well staffed and exceptionally clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is on the ocean with access to a nice nearby beach. Several economical restaurants are within 2-3 minutes walk. Rental cars are available at the property (requiring international driving license) and are a must for seeing the area and the island. There are no shuttles to...
"Sehr schöne Zimmer, auch sehr neu und sauber. Leider war der Pool zu kalt, daher nicht nutzbar. Viele versteckte Kosten wie zum Beispiel Frühstück kostet extra trotz early Check in. Lobby und Hotel Restaurant sind weiter weg als beschrieben. Strandweg dauert mindestens 25 min. und ohne Auto kaum erreichbar. Hotel ist auch sehr klein. Das Personal war wirklich immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit."
"I think going in with expectations that this was going to be like other 5 star hotels impacted our view of Tsamis. It's not comparable to other 5 start hotels we have stayed in.
Starting with the room, it was perfectly fine but it was a bit tired and the taps were loose in the wall. It lacked the finishing touches you would expect from 5 start. The towels also had weird stains on them which was a bit off putting. The shower ran hot and cold which was a bit annoying. The pool in the room was a...
"We verbleven 6 nachten in een ruime villa die van alle gemakken was voorzien. Volledig ingerichte keuken, prachtig privézwembad, genoeg ruimte om de huurauto te parkeren. Heen en terug naar het hoofdgebouw was ook een shuttleservice die je te allen tijde kon inschakelen.
Het ontbijt was prima, hoewel niet erg uitgebreid. Bediening super-attent, zij deden echt moeite om het je naar de zin te maken."
"I honestly enjoyed myself at King Jason.
It was superb.
The all inclusive package is a must! The food, drinks, outdoor area, staff.. everything was great.
If I had one complaint, it’d be the bees. If there was a way to manage the bees on the property, I’d give my stay a 10/10."
"One of the most accurate hotel I've ever been.
Body working all day as brain and mind were shut. Magical spot on a gone world.
Accurate gym yoga food location and more.
Although I gave 10/10 and 5 + stars- cleaning and housekeeping must climb another level to perfect."
"Een terechte Michelin key voor dit hotel. Schoon, onderhouden luxe hotel met excellente service. Bij ontvangst voel je je echt welkom. Luxe bedden in het zwembad, uitgebreid goed ontbijt. Ga hier heen als je ontspannen rust en luxe wilt"
