"New property in Chania … exceptional facility and staff … superb FIVE star experience Enjoyed the experience immensely, even though they had been open for only a few months … they delivered an exceptional experience. We had the junior suite with a swimming pool, spacious and elegant. You almost don’t want to leave your room. Manos, the operations manager was warm, caring and welcoming. "The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly, helping you with anything you need. Our room was well proportioned, although we could have done with some more storage space for our clothing. We were situated on the ground floor right near the activity pool, which was perfect for us with teens. The staff were helpful before we even got to the hotel by answering questions via Whats App, and booking the onsite restaurants for us. We can highly recommend a trip to the Agreco Farm for dinner, The White (adults only fine dining), and Asia White - although all of the food, including the buffet, was excellent. Our family of four (with two teens) had a very relaxing holiday with the Grecotel LUXME White. Special mention to Sophia on reception and Dora in the spa, and another lady behind the front desk (whose name I can’t remember) who helped us on our departure day and getting some medicine for my husband. Would highly recommend :)"

"Modern premises and tasteful décor. Our room was super comfortable and controls are hi tech, from curtains, to lights. The beach is excellent for swimming and walking, and the view of the mountains is breathtaking. We had a blast in this hotel. I want to come back for a longer stay."
