"You will have to drag your luggage to the front entrance of the hotel. Only taxis are allowed to go to the door and if costs more. Uber is not allowed there. I had asked for a replenishment of face towels but none came for 4 days! My tv did not work and it was clear that they replaced the whole thing because the furniture was moved around when I got back. "This is a beautiful hotel and our suite was well appointed and had one of the best showers I have ever found in a hotel. Turn down service and cleanliness was fabulous. We had trouble keeping the room cool enough, the controls were confusing and would revert back to a default in the middle of the night. Staff was attentive and helpful but ultimately was unable to secure us dinner reservations other than in their own hotel and did not seem to have many restaurants that they worked with....
