"Beautiful resort for our stay. Decor was en point and facilities wonderful. I would suggest staff offer more pool side service to guest. Not much to do in Mui Ne given the heat of the day so the 2 pools was absolutely gorgeous. So too was private beach with beautiful ocean water. I took advantage of the free yoga activity daily during my 4 days stay and the instructor was excellent. Food at the restaurant though pricey was also excellent."

"Très mauvaise expérience ! Le logement était très sale et situé à plus de 30 minutes de la ville. Le personnel de réception était désagréable, personne ne parle anglais et on nous faisait attendre jusqu’à 30 minutes sans aucun retour. Nous avions réservé un appartement avec piscine privée, mais la piscine était vide et nous avons dû attendre jusqu’au lendemain pour qu’elle soit remplie. Service déplorable, je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement !"

"Villaen ligger lidt væk fra supermarkeder, restauranter og begivenheder, men det var perfekt for os. Vi brugte Grab og havde lejet scootere, så vi nød stilheden og roen omkring os. Udlejer var utrolig serviceminded og nem at komme i kontakt med. De var alle sammen behjælpelige med alt - døgnet rundt. Vi kan varmt anbefale stedet."

"Booked a VIP room. Waited 1 hour for someone to come and check us in They tried to get us to take a cheaper room. Said problem with electric. When really they had turned a fuse off which I showed them Lack of things in room. No Cups. No toilet tissue. Dirty dressing gown left on bedroom. Overall terrible experience for an expensive room. "

"There’s nothing nice to say about this hotel except crowded unruly guests, unfriendly and lazy staffs. Breakfast buffet was just okay located in different building very inconvenient. Booked 3 rooms, all bathrooms’ faucets were leaked. Would definitely not come back."

"Over crowded. Good for family with younger children. Not much else for adults. All fast food, no good sit down restaurant. Dirty typical beach. Trash everywhere, drain and maybe sewer line come straight at the swimming area."
