"Since the moment I arrived at the hotel, the service was disorganized and discourteous. I arrived with a private driver and was instructed to remain in the car because there were too many guests checking in. Staff wanted us to wait in the parking area, and I had to request to speak with a manager because my driver needed to leave and I could not simply remain outside waiting. After reaching reception, I asked about the hotel services and was informed that dinner reservations were required....

"Incredible stay and experience at 軽井沢森四季! The staff was so helpful and assisted us with everything we needed including making 2 amazing meals for our group. The 緑 cabin was the perfect size for our 6 person group and we were really able to utilize the space and location to maximize our time in Karuizawa. We especially loved the wood burning stove in the cabin and used it during a snowstorm to have the coziest night of our trip. I highly recommend anyone interested take advantage of this...
