"What an amazing hotel! I've been to all inclusive 5 star holidays before and this definitely matched them all. The lazy river was probably the best part of. The hotel as you could swim in it for hours. Staff were so helpful and friendly, beach on your doorstep and every room had a view. "I must say that this hotel is definitely not a 5 star category. There is no air-conditioning in the lobby or the lifts. the staff were rude and not friendly at all.
