"In my opinion, it's not a 5-star hotel. I was given a tiny room that was supposed to accommodate two passengers, with the only window facing a car; it was on the first floor, facing the parking Lot. They moved us to a second-floor room, which was not great either, after I requested to speak to the manager, not the other way around. "Excellent restaurant/hotel. Lovely welcome, staff excellent, very friendly and knowledgable on menu. Food was wonderful. Breakfast was made to order, again a very high quality. Our room was well appointed (only thing missing was shaver point, we may have missed it) Decor thoughout was outstanding, no chipped paintwork or worn carpets. Service by all staff was outstanding at dinner and breakfast ."
