"The hotel was extremely clean, well laid out and had good amenities. The staff, throughout the complex, were excellent and genuinely enhanced the experience. The landscaping is beautiful (thoughtfully and tastefully done), overall it is a very relaxing and pleasant place to stay.
The hotel is located approx 25-30 mins walk from the centre of Side and another 20 mins to the ruins along a lovely, flat and well maintained promenade."
"The hotel is mainly focused on foreign customers, staff members give priority to them. Generally staff members are kind but one of the staff members in patisserie section acted very rude, it shadowed our holiday experience and made us feel bad. Pool is so crowded we couldn’t spend so much time on pool. Customers leave their towels early in the morning and it s really hard to find a place to sit in the afternoon. I think in our room there was an error with the Air conditioner because when we...
"Unfortunately, this was the worst holiday experience our family has ever had.
First of all, everyone in our family, one after another, got some kind of stomach infection or virus. After spending two days looking at all the cracks and dirty grout in the bathroom, I also started paying attention to how clean the plates were in the main restaurant. They were constantly covered with greasy stains and traces of previous use.
On the second day, apparently we hadn’t had enough excitement, so we...
"The hotel was nice the staff was friendly the only issue we had was food they had limited menu and our stay was for two weeks and second week was very boring because we ate the same food over and over again overall was good hotel "
