"The resort is lovely although a little remote, we felt for a weeks trip we really had to hire a car. Some things promoted do not exist, such as hiking trails around the resort or biking- there are no bikes available. None of the pools are heated, so in October they are cold and very few people ventured in. The ninja course was excellent, but very little for teenagers to do apart from this. We booked the padel court, but that is one booking a day and has to be done from reception. Fitness classes...

"Cushions needed cleaned up"

"This hotel far exceeded our expectations and was perfect in every way. Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds, beach or heated pool and wonderful food. Good for families as well with a kids pool and buffet that provides items for the younger guests. Will definitely return the next time we come to Crete!"

"Hôtel de haut niveau, très bien placé. Très bon service. Seuls regrets piscine dans le chambre froide. Pourquoi une chambre réduite ? C’est un choix d’Expedia ?"

"Lovely location and very helpfull staff. I would say it would not be suitable for anyone with Mobility issues because the site in built in to a steep hill so the beach and many of the facilities are some way down from the main resturant. Great Spa with lovely supportive staff."

"Hotel area and rooms were nice. You could see that it has been a top top hotel but now some stuff has crusted a bit. Staff in the reception was really kind, in some other areas not so helpful. Food in the breakfast and some restaurants wasn't in the level of luxury hotel, actually some restaurants it was catastrophic."

"Beautiful place, great hotel, wonderful staff. First time there but already planning to go back!"

"Everything was perfect and staff were very helpful and respectful!"

"Positiv: Lage. Zimmergröße und Balkon. Neutral: gepflegtes Hotel, aber keine 5 Sterne. Frühstück und Abendessen waren ok, aber nichts besonderes. Hotel ist überwiegend auf französisch sprachige Gäste ausgerichtet."

"Alles auf aller höchstem Niveau! Wundervolle Natur sauberes Wasser extrem freundliches Personal alles wie im Märchen !"

"Needs more maintenance"

"Perfect"

"Generally a positive review especially the staff who were excellent. Family friendly with food surprisingly good for an all inclusive, a notch down from restaurant quality but good value for the overall price. Facilities otherwise excellent which are clearly geared for children with the exception of the ‘quiet pool’ (one of four pools). Negatives as follows: Bar area poor, no adult vibe whatsoever with simple tables and hard chairs located next to the children’s play area which tends to be...

"All inclusive package recommended."

"Typisch Robinson - gutes Essen, tolles Sportangebot - einziges Manko das Oktoberfest ging gar nicht"
