"I had a good time staying there until the time I checked out this morning. The guy at the front desk was rude and so unprofessional. He asked me if I had eaten any snacks or drink any alcohol in my room.i told him I didn’t even see them. He kept asking me over and over.Then he told me if I eat in the dining room I need to pay for it. I told him it was charge d to the room. He was rude and totally ruined my day. "

"Kempinski is supposed to be a 5 Star hotel and experience however some aspects have let us down during our stay. Their Bar fridges were malfunctioning and some items in the room from a house keeping perspective were not up to standard. Their breakfast was amazing albeit the service in the Resturant has been disappointing to a point where I carried dishes off our messy table. "

"When we first checked in we were upgraded from a standard room to a deluxe room in order to get a king bed and one not facing the freeway. The room was adequate but not clean with smudged glass, dirt in the corners, a dirty bedspread, thin bare sheets. Exhausted, we just crashed and tried to sleep.
