The staff at the Ritz Carlton make it special for the guests. From the time you check in until the time you leave, the staff do an outstanding job. The reception staff welcome you with a smile. Shaiju in the fitness facility kept me healthy and fit by taking a personal interest and training me on strength training. The cleaning crew on the 14th floor, Liu, Attithya, Sruthi and Joanna were outstanding and kept our room in great shape. Jocelyn and all the staff in the 15th floor club made sure my...

Very conveniently located, the oberoi was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make it a very pleasant experience.

This was, by far, our best experience at a hotel in India. Friendly, courteous service, buffet was expansive and delicious. Location was perfect as it was central to various friends and relatives. Restaurants were nearby. Ubers were easy to get. We will definitely return.

Great location in the heart of the city

Nisha t, Sukhpal and Banu were very helpful and courteous, we enjoyed staying there and would recommend it highly.

I stayed two nights for a business trip in Bangalore. It was my first time in India so I didn't know what to expect. I arrived at 3am due do a flight delay and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room is what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. My best memory is from the absolutely huge breakfast buffet. Try every option, you won't regret it.

Very close to the main areas of Bengaluru.

I loved the dental location and such next level customer service

Stayed here for 10 days on business. Awesome restaurant staff Yeshwant always checking on you if you need anything. Neha , guest experience manager, checking if everything is OK everyday. Kritika, room cleaning, checking everyday if you need anything else in the room . They remember your preferences. Very clean, comfy, new hotel in central bangalore right next to a big mall, lots of restaurants. You can still smell the paint in corridors. Hotel in general and rooms in particular are a bit...

The service and room with its ameno was excellent

what a great place. large studios overlooking the mall, great staff and room service. did appreciate the little things like the welcome flowers and fruits, the laundry detergent and full kitchen. great housekeeping. Enjoyed my 8 night stay

Great option for travelers from the USA

Good place to stay. Dining options in and around the hotel are perhaps the best in B’lore. Staff in the restaurant we found a bit apathetic but ultimately helpful and nice

An amazing place to stay. Close to the airport. Check-in was smooth and the front desk explained all the benefits i had with my booking. Both Mahesh and Pulkit were very professional. Pulkit was extremely patient during my checkout. The best part was the Spa. Simply amazing. Got body massages and facial done by Tenzin, Thari and Asha. I wish I could stay here longer just to get more head massages from Tenzin!! She's fantastic. The view from the rooftop restaurant Copitas is nice. We had some...

My mom and I picked the Hilton Bangalore EGL for our stay in India in May. The hotel is beautiful! The space is very clean, and the staff is super accommodating. For example, I was waiting in the lobby for my Uber taxi, and one of the staff members offered to bring me a drink while I waited. Our room, which provided a view of the pool, was spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge, and our beds were very comfortable. Each day, the staff who cleaned our room left it immaculate! There really...
