"I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). "Room was clean and had everything you’d need in a tourist class hotel and more: comfortable bed, desk and chair, separate chair and coffee table, free WiFi, and in-room coffee. Gracious front-desk staff, great location near the old town, and even a free upgrade because the hotel wasn’t full. A great value in a tourist hotel! Would stay there again! "
