"This is my second stay at this gem of a hotel. It is ridiculous how much I love it. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully laid out. A better shower you will not find in all of Europe (great water pressure, beautiful fixtures, instantaneous hot water). The staff are friendly and efficient. It is located in the city center and if you are a runner, you are less than a third of a mile from a fabulous (mostly flat) river trail that goes miles in either direction. "I absolutely loved this hotel and wish I was staying longer! The staff was super helpful and kind. The whole property is beautiful. It is directly next to Kurpark and walking distance to Residenzschlosses Mergentheim. Breakfast buffet was delicious and extra props to the kitchen staff that helped me with a vacuum sealed ice pack for my cooler.

"Schade für die tolle Lage des Hotels. Es kann ja mal die Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück ausfallen, aber überall Spinnweben an den Fenstern im gesamten Hotel geht gar nicht. Überfordertes Personal die teilweise nicht deutsch sprechen. Gut war die Lage und die Fahrradgarage. Das Haus wird augenscheinlich nicht ausreichend gewartet."
