"This is an attractive, upscale hotel, very well located in Trencin. Limited outdoor parking behind the hotel. Attractive room and dining room. But lots of downsides and annoyances: front desk staff not particularly friendly or helpful, hallway motion detector lights went on slowly and went off quickly, no night table on my side of the bed (had to turn over trash can and use that), kitchen in restaurant closes at 8:30pm, no desk chairs, flakey internet (disconnects), paper cups in bathroom,...

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber . Das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ein Buffet. Dort gab es Baguette, Obst, sowie kleine Törtchen. Der Park ist sehr toll für Hunde. Auf dem Gelände gab drei Ponys, die konnte man auch streicheln. Es gab ebenso zwei Tennisplätze.
Mit dem eleganten Stiel, dem netten Personal und dem Restaurant können wir nur 5 Sterne geben."
"Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. First impression on arrival wasn’t great but stay was nice...
