"Very good breakfast. The swimming pier is also great. Super clean room. Clear recommendation. Everything was as expected and better. Very calm area (we stayed end of September)"
"Our room was beside a busy main road. The noise was loud and constant. This made sleep very difficult.
The curtains did not close to the wall, hence a light came into the room.
The hotel is convenient to the old town, restaurants and supermarket.
The attached parking is convenient."
"Room was quite nice, only the bathroom had no lock. The room was really small, the bed and 2 tables on the side. Bathroom was big and really nice rain shower. Parking was on the street. Check in is with a code they provide. Free drinks and small snacks."
"Rummet ett källarrum med trasiga gardiner. Duschslangen läckte.Dörrvredet till toaletten sönder.Hyfsat rent men missad städning en dag.Frukost ok för oss andra kan tycka annat. Poolen inte ren.Hela hotellet behöver en uppfräschning.Detta rum var inte lämpligt för rörelsehindrade."
"Great location in the centre of old town. Very convenient to walk downstairs and be in the middle of all the shops and restaurants.
We could not hear any noise from the streets down below when we wanted to sleep or get some rest with our 4 month old baby. Room was also very clean with a great AC unit and shower.
The vouchers for the breakfast place nearby was perfect! I would recommend it if that’s an option (Coffee and Cake) It had many different breakfast options with a coffee and juice...

And for someone that has been travelling for longer than a week, it would be helpful. It was very pretty and only 1 floor up with is also good when lugging luggage. I would return again"
"Excellent location, and amazing to stay somewhere so historic. The building dates from the 1500s, there's an 18th-century fresco on the ceiling, and bistros and eateries are just outside the front door. Everything worth seeing was within minutes. The only negative was the condition of the building itself and the clearly aged state of the apartment."
"Så dålig service på hela stället. Riktig besvikelse. Sen städade städarskan bort vår medicin i badrummet och vägrade ta på sig skulden och noll kompensation. Så dåligt."
"Beautiful and clean, but we could not sleep
Zara Palace is exceptionally clean, beautifully renovated and full of character. The historic stone interior is very well done, and I was especially pleased that the room did not have strong fragrances or scented products.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning became unusable overnight. The remote would neither respond nor beep, apparently because its batteries were not working. As the room became increasingly hot and stuffy, we opened the windows to...
