"I loved the location and how big the room was.
We had booked a suit with see view, however see view was minimal. The room wasn’t very clean, we found leftover fruit in the fridge from previous guest and kettle was full of scale, it was so dirty that we actually had to go out and buy white vinegar in order to clean it as we were boiling water for our baby. The cot provided initially was broken and the base had to be changed to one that was okay. We had booked half board, food was tasty, however...
"Unser Aufenthalt im Kipi Mountain Resort war einfach perfekt. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit herzlicher Gastfreundschaft empfangen – der Service war über die gesamte Zeit hinweg erstklassig: aufmerksam, persönlich und zugleich angenehm unaufdringlich. Auch unser Hund war willkommen und hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

"Très bel hôtel, petit et cosy , literie extraordinairement confortable.
Le petit déjeuner servi à table est fantastique mais il faut avoir faim (hors d’œuvre, plat d’œufs et desserts )
Seul l’environnement est moche (pas de vue sur le lac, immeubles en béton très miches) et c’est difficile de trouver une place de parking dans les rues

"Compared to the other economy hotels we booked in the Ioannina,, La Suite, though further from center city, was much nicer and quite comfortablly elegant. The beds are comfortable and each room has a balcony with a great view
Dinner at the hotel's Voir Restaurant was delicious. Our salad was very fresh and among the best I've had in Greece. Christos and the rest of the staff were wonderfully gracious and accommodating."
